Titech Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

Titech helps users and clinics upload face photos for AI-generated preliminary cosmetic analysis and preview guidance. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Face Data We Collect

Titech collects the face photos that a user chooses to capture or upload in the app, including front, left-side, and right-side face photos. Titech also stores related pose labels, session identifiers, AI-generated analysis text, selected recommendation identifiers, and generated preview images when a user requests a preview. Titech does not collect Face ID biometric templates; Face ID or fingerprint authentication, when used, stays on the user's device.

No Face Recognition or Biometric Identification

Titech does not use face photos to identify a person, verify identity, create biometric templates, or perform face recognition. Face ID or fingerprint unlock is handled entirely by the user's Apple device and Titech does not receive or store biometric authentication data.

How Face Data Is Collected

Face data is collected only after the user signs in, accepts the Terms and Conditions, grants the required camera or photo access, and turns on the in-app consent control for face photo upload and AI processing.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide authentication, store user sessions, generate AI-assisted cosmetic analysis, support clinic registration-code access, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.

How We Use Face Data

Face photos and related session information are used to create a preliminary AI-generated cosmetic analysis, show non-surgical and clinic-only surgical discussion categories, generate optional cosmetic preview images, display prior session activity, troubleshoot failed uploads or generation jobs, and maintain service security. Titech does not use face data for advertising, tracking, user profiling outside the app's cosmetic-analysis workflow, or sale to data brokers.

Third-Party AI Processing

With the user's consent, Titech sends uploaded face photos and related prompt/session context to OpenAI, LLC through the OpenAI API so that OpenAI can process the photos and return AI-generated analysis or preview output. OpenAI acts as an AI processing service provider for this app. Titech also uses infrastructure providers, including Amazon Web Services/Lightsail, to host the backend, database, uploaded photos, generated previews, and logs.

Face Data Storage and Security

Uploaded face photos are temporarily stored on Titech backend systems hosted on Amazon Web Services/Lightsail while the active analysis or preview session is being provided. When the user leaves or ends the analysis session, uploaded face photos and generated preview image files are automatically deleted from active storage. Account, recommendation text, consent, and session records are stored in the backend database as described below. Titech uses HTTPS for network requests to the production service and limits use of face data to the app features described in this policy.

Face Data Sharing and Disclosure

Titech shares face data only with service providers needed to operate the app, including OpenAI, LLC for AI analysis and generated preview processing, and Amazon Web Services/Lightsail for hosting and storage. Titech does not sell face data and does not share face data with advertisers or data brokers. Service providers are expected to protect the data they process for Titech with appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection measures.

AI-Generated Results

Titech results are generated by an AI model and are intended only as preliminary informational recommendations. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed outcomes. Users should consult a qualified professional before making decisions or taking action.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to run the app, including hosting and AI processing providers.

Data Retention

Uploaded face photos and generated preview image files are retained only during the active analysis or preview session and are automatically deleted from active storage when the user leaves or ends that session. Account records, AI recommendation text, consent records, limited session metadata, and security logs may be retained as needed to provide the service, support users, meet legal obligations, and maintain security.

Face Data Retention

Uploaded face photos and generated preview image files are retained only during the active analysis or preview session and are automatically deleted from active storage when the user leaves or ends that session. Titech may retain AI recommendation text, session records, consent records, and limited security logs as needed to provide the service, support users, meet legal obligations, maintain security, and document consent. Users may request deletion of their account, sessions, uploaded face photos, analysis results, generated previews, and remaining face-related session data by contacting Titech. After a verified deletion request, Titech deletes the requested face data from active backend storage unless retention is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Face Data Deletion

To request deletion of face data, email ms.fakhraei@gmail.com with the account email address used in Titech and a request to delete face data. Titech will verify the request and remove the relevant uploaded face photos, generated previews, analysis results, and analysis session records from active backend storage.

Business Model and Account Access

Titech currently supports clinic and business users only. Users obtain an account by receiving a Titech registration code, accepting the Terms and Conditions, and signing in with an email address and password. Titech does not sell digital content, subscriptions, credits, consumable digital services, or unlocked app features inside the app. No payment is collected in the app to create an account or access app features. If Titech offers paid services in the future, it will comply with applicable App Store Review Guidelines, including In-App Purchase requirements where required.
